HOW ARE SHOWINGS OF MY PROPERTY SCHEDULED?

When you list your house for sale with us,we are constantly in contact to update you on the marketing, discuss strategy or in this instance to schedule showings with you. You may have 1 hours or 1 weeks notice that a buyer would like to see your home and typically appointments are made in 1 hour increments. You are not obligated to approve times that may not work for your schedule but it is a good idea to be as flexible as you can to increase the likelihood of your home selling as quickly as possible.

IF I RECEIVE AN OFFER I DON’T LIKE, DO I HAVE TO MAKE A COUNTER OFFER?

The answer is no. You have the choice of accepting, rejecting, or making a counter-offer. The Dealmakers will guide you on the best available option to meet your goals
