When you list your house for sale with us,we are constantly in contact to update you on the marketing, discuss strategy or in this instance to schedule showings with you. You may have 1 hours or 1 weeks notice that a buyer would like to see your home and typically appointments are made in 1 hour increments. You are not obligated to approve times that may not work for your schedule but it is a good idea to be as flexible as you can to increase the likelihood of your home selling as quickly as possible.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO MEET WITH MY LAWYER ?
Typically you should meet with your real estate lawyer at least 5 days or more prior to the Completion Date. This means that your lawyer needs to deliver the documents to the purchasers lawyer with at least that much time prior to the Completion Date.
